CanAM Roofing Philosophy-Why rip off a perfectly good roof structure?

CanAM’s Managing Partners have a history in commercial roofing dating back to 1985 and can tackle any roofing situation from the traditional, built up asphalt, tar and gravel, modified bitumen, metal and shingle roofs.

CanAM embraces the new roofing technologies and our environment:

CanAm specially formulated coatings can help you solve annoying and potentially costly roof problems at the fraction of the cost of replacement and avoid the disruption that comes with it. CanAM elastomeric roof coatings can be used to 5 10 restore metal, 5 7 gravel and tar, asphalt built up, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, single ply (EPDM, TPO, PVC) roofs. CanAm has solutions for low slope or flat roofs as well as steep slope roofs.

CanAM is a traditional roofing company that supports the concept of roof sealants where applicable as opposed to typical roofing mentality which preaches “rip off and replace”. CanAM has researched roof coatings all over North America for top quality roofing system materials. CanAM only produces coatings from components that have been time tested since the 1990. CanAM's mission has been the development and manufacture of  protective coatings that are both environmentally friendly, durable and of the highest quality. CanAM coatings contain little or no VOC’s (volatile organic compounds)

As you will see throughout this site CanAM specializes in Elastomeric Roof Coatings that are environmentally friendly and cost effective which are a practical solution for most roof types.
