CanAM roofing examples
In many cases a single ply TPO is a great solution for older Tar and Gravel Built up roof systems as an alternative to roof replacement which can cost over $12 a square foot. TPO can be a w a $ The finished roof system is a water tight and reflective roof.
Seams are overlapped and then heat welded to make a permanent seal. Typically fiberboard is mechanically fastened to the existing roof deck but any thickness of insulation can be added to increase the roofs R-Value
