Example #1 Repair and Coat Metal Roof

Roof was previously repaired with inappropriate mastics	Roof seams have opened to allow water to enter the building

Seams are refastened	HVAC units are reflashed

After repairs are completed the roof is coated with reflective rubberized aluminum	Finished roof system with minimum 10 year warranty

This roof has been badly treated by the elements and the changes in seasons which bring large temperature variations, along with oxidation has left this metal roof close to ruin	Close ups reveal there are no perforations in the metal roof so it can be savaged at a huge cost savings over re-roofing this metal roof

In preparation the metal roof has been fully cleaned and the first elastomeric roof coating is applied.	Followed by additional coats of CanAM's "cool roof" or "white roof coating" elastomeric roof coating

Special attention is given to potential problem areas such as metal roof seams and metal roof fasteners. CanAM's elastomeric coatings will contract and expand with the temperature fluctuations.	The end result is water tight steel roof that will reflect the suns heat reducing cooling costs of the building for years to come.
